I have this line inside ATEPS that I keep repeating to my students all the time. It's called Other People's Thoughts Come from Other People's Brains. However, it took me a lot of time to truly believe that “other people's thoughts cannot impact my business.” I used to feel that people leaving, they unfollowing or unsubscribing can somehow negatively impact my sales. Some people when they are disapproving or say bad words about me, I would somehow want to reach out to them and offer them an explanation. But then, as I grew my business, I realised that the more I focussed on those who are leaving, who are critical and who wouldn't buy from me, the more I wouldn't be able to serve those who are WILLING to buy from me. So then I decided, what if people who don't want to buy from me didn't even exist? And I know it feels like a ridiculous thought, but that is what made all the difference.
