Episode 66: The Power of Creating Clients

I have a strong reason why I do not like to make THINGS outside my body and brain responsible for making me the money. 

For example, I was coaching a client inside ATEPS the other day. And I noticed how — like many of us — we give away the power to the content, to the audience, to the traction. 

Here's, what was happening: my client was stuck in a thought loop that their content was what created the clients and caused the sale. 

While good content is always a catalyst, and can accentuate your sales, or people signing up with you…

When the process of creating that content becomes strenuous and brings exhaustion instead of occurring naturally, instead of being a source of fun, a way of discovering and rediscovering yourself and the way we like to express —

Then that content STOPS pulling in people. 

It is then an impediment to your sale. Instead of facilitating the sale. 

Why?

Because the way you FEEL about putting out your content, the way you feel about how you show up is FELT by people. Our nervous systems extend and expand beyond our bodies. 

They can be sensed and intercepted via the screen, via text, even just by visiting our page. 

The signature of our nervous system is everywhere. 

Which is why I do not believe that content creates clients.

What else doesn’t create clients?

  • The number of people following you or your outreach. 
  • People liking your content or commenting on it.
  • Thinking that there is a specific modality or a magical way of conversion. 
  • A sales funnel or an email list. 

And-and-and anything that makes you feel that you don’t have the power to create them, but they happen as a result of an element, an event, an object — outside of you.
