When my coach told me for the first time that I should stop strategizing and look at my thoughts about my product, my offer, my healing and my clients — because that’s what she said will make me money, I was like: Is she Mad?
I had given her 50,000 US dollars to coach me! 50K!! And here she is telling me to look at my thoughts.
What does that even mean?
I was so pissed and frustrated that there was no process, no deep trauma work, no journey back into my soul. And all of that!
And I was given worksheets after worksheets to note down and write my thoughts and question them if they were thoughts that I needed to think. If they were thoughts I wanted to think – in order to make the money I wanted to make.
And it took me more than six months to accept that “yes, it’s true. It’s my thoughts that make me money.” That’s it. It was as simple as that.
When I started applying the actions motivated by those thoughts, I started seeing results at a speed that was beyond my comprehension.
This is exactly, what I started teaching after a year. I made my own thought model called The Deliberate Thought Building Process that I started using in ATEPS.
Started teaching it to all my students. And it’s not that the process is something magical and brings in instant results. It’s the practice (The P in ATEPS) part of it that is magical. It’s the fact that we keep practicing THINKING the thoughts that we need to think to create our desired result. Every single day. Every single time we are challenged by a counter thought. That is Magical!
And we have a living proof it today.
