In the last one year, I have actively been part of atleast three coaching programs. And each one of them have brought great value to my life. I am able to have way more confidence, power and strength of belief. And all of these happened because I was motivated and able to think thoughts that I wanted to think. It’s one of the most powerful ability of my life that I have been able to cultivate and practice. But then I sat down one day and started questioning: do other people also have the same and equal privilege as I did – to be able to think thoughts that they wanted to think? And the answer is actually NO. Because ‘thinking’ is a cognitive faculty. And before thoughts appear in our head and are shaped into language and vocabulary, there is a lot that happens inside the body. And it is equally important to look inside, witness what it holds and understand the world of feelings and emotions from a somatic perspective. Which is why I bring this episode to you. This is where I break down the entire coaching work I do inside ATEPS. Listen and find out.
