There is a lot of research and case studies that indicate that we carry the traumas, experiences, diseases and inner conflicts of our parents and our forefathers. We all carry such traumas and fears in the form of unconscious loyalties. We play them out in our life, sometimes sabotaging our own growth and other times bringing a life threatening disease into our body. It happens so unconsciously that we don’t even realise that these could be the residues of the pain and sufferings of our parents and our ancestors. I already teach healing and working on these traumas with an advanced set of tools and techniques learned from over seven trainers worldwide and 30 plus trainings inside my lifetime program The Systemic Medicine Course (TSM).

The Question isn’t who is this training for, but Why should you do this Training?
In Family Constellation Therapy we view every issue, every challenge from the lens of the Ancestral and Family System. This unique technique brings forth the hidden and unspoken dynamics of a family and its past generations, and how an individual is expressing it without being aware of it completely.
The study of epigenetics reflects how behaviour and environment can impact the response of an individual to a particular environment. The physical and emotional environment of the Parents, Grandparents and generations before them can affect the genetic expression of the child born in the present. Which means the child could be unconsciously repeating certain traumatic experiences that happened in the family or following the fate of someone else who had a difficult life. For example, when a woman feels a sudden and unexplained pang of unidentified loneliness at the age of 32, it was so revealed that her grandmother had lost her husband to the war when she was 32. This is ancestral clock at work.

Just like traits and features, emotions and feelings which went unexpressed in a body system of an individual travels down to the following generations, until somebody down the line is ready to feel and express it completely.
However Unlike Genetic Changes, Epigenetic Changes Are Reversible!
In this month long training and fellowship, you will learn the most astonishing ways and tools to unlock the story behind the symptoms and resolve them by bringing lasting change to your or your client’s genetic expression. Which makes it one of the most unique forms of therapeutic tool that goes way beyond mindset, behaviour or rational/cognitive approaches.
It goes even beyond Inner Child Work. For Inner Child Work is limited to our own childhood. Whereas Ancestral + Constellation Work takes you to stories and people who you never met and never knew. And in this method, all of them come alive.
- Trauma is inheritable. It follows us from generation to generation. And we carry it unconsciously playing it in our lives, our relationships, with our children, in our career, our money reality and our day to day dynamics.
- There are people in our generational line who have had traumatic lives, heavy fates, pre mature deaths and even when we don’t know about them, they continue to affect us in the most profound ways.
- There are FOUR basic themes of inheritance of family trauma(s). Learning them is imperative to any therapeutic practice rooted in ancestral healing.
- Relationships + Disease + Money + Life Purpose are four prominent areas where ancestral traumas keep surfacing over and over again. A single constellation can reveal where the root cause is, and what movement must we do to bring relief.
- Family Constellation involves laying down the entire family matrix through representational models. And through a guided step by step process we discover where the block is. Where in the family epicentre is the trauma stored.
- Family Constellation is often seen as a mystical process. Also because it involves dead ancestors. Which is why, 80% of it is spiritually guided. You will learn in this training HOW.
- A deep integration of Breath work, Nervous system expansion and Somatic Awareness is always a unique part of all my Family Constellation trainings. This helps the client way more than just revealing the problem.
- Family Constellations are of two kinds. Group as well as 1:1. In this training, I will teach you both.
