Why Should You Do This Training?
In systemic medicine & family constellation work, we view every issue, every challenge from the lens of the Family System. This unique technique brings forth the hidden and unspoken dynamics of a system and how an individual is expressing it without being aware of it completely.
The study of epigenetics reflects how behaviour and environment can impact the response of an individual to a particular environment. The physical and emotional environment of the Parents, Grandparents and generations before them can affect the genetic expression of the child born in the present. Which means the child could be unconsciously repeating certain traumatic experiences that happened in the family or following the fate of someone else who had a difficult life. For example, when a woman feels a sudden and unexplained pang of unidentified loneliness at the age of 32, it was so revealed that her grandmother had lost her husband to the war when she was 32. This is ancestral clock at work.
In the same way a son may feel his mother’s anger, a grandson may sense his late grandfather’s coldness and much more.
Just like traits and features, emotions and feelings which went unexpressed in a body system of an individual travels down to the following generations, until somebody down the line is ready to feel and express it completely.
However Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible!

These training calls, I can say with pure grit and confidence, are the truest fruits of being inside TSM. This is where I and our brilliant supervisors & instructors take up real time cases and teach the art of LIVE constellations and traumagrams. Students can volunteer to have their constellations set up or their traumgrams drawn. Here you will witness real time healing+coaching sessions and learn how intergenerational trauma can be decoded step by step and how via nervous system and somatic work we bring in the most superlative & deep healing in our clients. These calls run for more than two hours. They are intense and heavy. There happens a ton lot of learning, a lot to absorb and a lot to integrate. Which is why we currently have them once a month. So that our students can absorb without overwhelm and can come back fresh next month.

I personally love to be in touch with my students 24×7. In my own journey of learning family constellations and intergenerational trauma work, I felt deeply alone. Simply because the work is heavy and I needed hand holding, which I didn’t get at that moment. Once the training was done, everyone had to return home. Once as a student you complete watching all 12 videos of TSM 01 + 3 Bonus Videos under TSM 01 and learnt the art and practice of Intergenerational Trauma Healing and Coaching, you are eligible to designate yourself as an Intergenerational Trauma Coach. And if you’d like to be certified in the process of TSM, you will be asked to write to us via email, that you are now ready for certification. We will then send you the required format for case studies and assignments. You will be given a period of three months from that email to complete the assignments as well as the case studies. Upon submission, the coaching certification will be offered to you.
